These terms apply to the Eye ER mobile app and this website (together, "Eye ER"), published by Chloe Enterprises LLC ("we," "us"). By using Eye ER you agree to these terms.
Educational use only
Eye ER is an educational reference for licensed clinicians and trainees working under appropriate supervision. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. It does not replace clinical judgment, examination, consultation, institutional protocols, or the prescribing information for any medication. Always verify doses, contraindications and interactions before treating a patient.
Eye ER is not intended for patients or the public to diagnose or treat themselves. If you are a patient with an eye problem, contact an eye-care professional or emergency services.
No warranty
Medicine changes, and despite careful review the content may contain errors or omissions or may become out of date. Eye ER is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Eye ER. You are solely responsible for clinical decisions you make.
Intellectual property
The content, design and logo of Eye ER are owned by Chloe Enterprises LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use Eye ER for your own clinical and educational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.
Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Eye ER without obligation to you. Do not send patient-identifiable information.
App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for Eye ER or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Eye ER after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
